  Super comfortable and durable

  I love these boxer briefs because they are very comfortable, relatively durable, and they don't ride up your leg. These boxers also keep their shape after several washings. The reason they stay put and are durable is due to the fact that they consist of about 50% polyester (& 50% cotton). One can verify this by examining the embossed label on the boxers themselves which indicates a blend of 50% Polyester and 50% cotton. Unfortunately, the paper packaging of these boxers is misleading as to the fiber content.   Decent, but a few shortcomings

  They fit well, but they're a weird material. Unlike other cotton underwear, I'm actually cognizant that I'm wearing these. The bottoms loosened after 2 washes and roll up a bit. I'm also annoyed because the logo is hard to see (black on blue), so you can't just quickly open them and see what's the front/back like I normally do with my other pairs.   If you like your stuff to stay where you put it, then these are for you. The have a nice snug fit without being too tight. They're cool and breath well and they move with you, not your pants or jeans (or whatever). These are my new favorites. I tossed all the others and restocked with these.   Bought these "100% cotton" boxers for my husband because he has a sensitivity to polyester. However I just opened the package and they are 75% cotton 25% polyester.   Like most guys, I grew up wearing "tighty whiteys". 15 years ago my wife when we first started dating told me in no uncertain terms to wear boxers. So I tried them out and liked them fine. But I always missed the little hug and support one gets wearing tighties. Well, the boxer brief style gives a guy the best of both worlds. My wife likes the look and I like the fit. In the 2 years I've been wearing this style, I've tried two makers, Hanes and Fuit of the Loom. Hands down, Hanes is better. The elastic waste line is made far superior, is a bit wider, yet comfortable and, most importantly, keeps it's shape while the Fruit of the Loom does not.   Very Comfortable... still holding up well after 4 months

  These boxer briefs are very comfortable. The fabric has a nice, tight weave and is very soft. I have tried several brands of boxer briefs, and the all cotton variety tend to stretch out and fit more like regular boxers by the end of the day (in my experience anyway). I have tried a couple of brands that use 95% cotton / 5% spandex, and that seems to solve the stretching problem. These hold their shape very well, with no stretching at all. The only negative I see is that the seam between the brief and the waistband looks a little dodgy, so I'm concerned that they might not be very durable. I'll give them several washings to see how they hold up, and if they still look OK I will definitely order more.04/19/2013 update: After a few months of use, these are holding up well.   I like these a lot. They're akin to biker shorts in a way, just not AS spandexy. The description is a little misleading however as the material is 71% cotton, 24% polyester, and 5% spandex according to the label printed inside the underwear. The material itself looks and feels thinner than typical 100% cotton underwear, and is more stretchable of course as well. The reason these don't ride up your leg easily is because the leg openings have a non-stretchable band going around them, which may leave an impression around your leg(s) depending on the position you sit/sleep especially if you choose a size too small.   If you were previously a briefs wearer before trying out these Comfortsoft Hanes Boxerbriefs, I can see why you may be fussy about the "support" in your underwear products; but for Boxer Shorts wearers wanting to snuggly fit into tighter jeans without the over-supportive feel- or (with boxers) the sudden bagging up, Hanes has found a way to make boxer briefs more boxer than briefs.   The whole point of boxer briefs is to offer support and comfort while staying in place. Hanes products only do this for a short period of time before the legs become loose and the boxer briefs turn into regular boxers. I got so tired of this problem that I just bought all boxers because there was no point in wearing boxer briefs anymore. I would recommend boxer briefs made by Old Navy, Under Armour, and Nautica over Hanes.   Hanes products have really gone down hill!

  I have in my drawer a pair of Hanes Comfort Soft underwear I bought from a local big box store about 3 years ago. They are soft, comfortable, and breathe fairly well. Unfortunately, these new Hanes "Comfort Soft" [NOT!!} underwear may resemble the old ones in a picture, and both are called Comfort Soft, but in real life they are simply HORRID. The material is so rough I feel I could use them to hand scrub heavily stained pots and pans. The problem is they are using such a rough fabric, that it is extremely irritating to my skin. In addition, this product does NOT breath at all. I found myself waking up with so much sweat in all the wrong places, that I had to slip off my underwear in the middle of the night and fling them across the room. In addition, because they use such crappy material for the body, the wrap around on the waistband is just about as rough as any waist band I have ever felt.
