  Hanes comfortsoft woven waistband boxers fit me very well; and the quality of the fabric is much better than some other types of boxers they manufacture. I also like that these boxers gives you a pattern on them.Moreover, these boxers rarely bunch up on me. That's great. They are also permanent press; and this means that they can easily be washed in the regular wash and dryer cycles. No need to worry about the colors of the pattern bleeding onto the white items in your wash.Fortunately, the waistband is very soft cotton and there's no tag in the back that can feel scratchy! Therefore these boxers feel just fine around my waist. If you desire even more comfort you can wear an undershirt and tuck it in under the boxers so that you'll REALLY feel comfortable!Overall, I give these five stars. They are excellent boxer shorts. They are in fact the Comfort Flex waistband boxers and had a picture on the ad as comfort soft with small words by it that said comfort flex -even though the title said comfort soft.   Super comfortable and durable

  I love these boxer briefs because they are very comfortable, relatively durable, and they don't ride up your leg. These boxers also keep their shape after several washings. The reason they stay put and are durable is due to the fact that they consist of about 50% polyester (& 50% cotton). One can verify this by examining the embossed label on the boxers themselves which indicates a blend of 50% Polyester and 50% cotton. Unfortunately, the paper packaging of these boxers is misleading as to the fiber content.   Decent, but a few shortcomings

  They fit well, but they're a weird material. Unlike other cotton underwear, I'm actually cognizant that I'm wearing these. The bottoms loosened after 2 washes and roll up a bit. I'm also annoyed because the logo is hard to see (black on blue), so you can't just quickly open them and see what's the front/back like I normally do with my other pairs.   not the real thing

  I bought these recently after loving the "real thing" for a few years.When I say the "real thing" - I mean my original Hanes Tagless boxers that are 100% cotton and are marked "Made is Thailand." These are 75% cotton and 25% polyester and they just don't feel the same . (These say "Made in Laos")Also, the "Tagless" tag is SCRATCHY!!!! My old ones were not scratchy. It's the worst ever - a tag that is supposed to be comfortable, but it scratches you, and you can't cut it off because it's printed on the boxers! yikes!I'm looking now for the old style 100% cotton made in Thailand and when I find them I will stock up!   It's purely a platonic relation- really!

  I love these things. I've tried boxers that are woven cotton, but they don't stretch at the inseam and I lead a very active lifestyle (martial arts, cycling, etc) and I need some stretch. These things are as flexible as a cotton t-shirt (I think that's how they advertise them too).The "comfort soft waistband" I really don't care about. It's a nice touch I suppose.Basically these are inexpensive and very comfortable. I'm picky about the comfort of my underwear and shoes- I see no reason to deny it- and these are very comfortable boxers. 5/5 P.   I was very leery about buying boxers online, since it said they were assorted colors. I ordered 2 packs for my Husband and much to my relief they arrived in a assortment of black & gray. He has had a hard time with boxers fitting him well, he has large thighs and several other kinds of boxers fit his waist but not his thighs. I've worn the Hanes tagless, all-cotton (ncluding the waistband) knit boxers for many years, and I know an imposter when I see it. This is the "Comfort Flex" waistband, not the "Comfort Soft" waistband. Hanes makes both types. The shorts themselves are all cotton, but not the itchy waistband that has "HANES" on it in giant letters all around the outside of the waistband. So, they're both uncomfortable and tacky looking. I'm bummed.   Buyers beware...This is the cheaper version...not 100% cotton. I did not realize it until after I bought it. It feels ok...not as good as the 100% cotton version though.   Not that great

  The whole point of boxer briefs is to offer support and comfort while staying in place. Hanes products only do this for a short period of time before the legs become loose and the boxer briefs turn into regular boxers. I got so tired of this problem that I just bought all boxers because there was no point in wearing boxer briefs anymore. I would recommend boxer briefs made by Old Navy, Under Armour, and Nautica over Hanes.   Hanes products have really gone down hill!

  I have in my drawer a pair of Hanes Comfort Soft underwear I bought from a local big box store about 3 years ago. They are soft, comfortable, and breathe fairly well. Unfortunately, these new Hanes "Comfort Soft" [NOT!!} underwear may resemble the old ones in a picture, and both are called Comfort Soft, but in real life they are simply HORRID. The material is so rough I feel I could use them to hand scrub heavily stained pots and pans. The problem is they are using such a rough fabric, that it is extremely irritating to my skin. In addition, this product does NOT breath at all. I found myself waking up with so much sweat in all the wrong places, that I had to slip off my underwear in the middle of the night and fling them across the room. In addition, because they use such crappy material for the body, the wrap around on the waistband is just about as rough as any waist band I have ever felt.   Awful. I guess the selling point for these is that they're not supposed to ride up your leg. What they don't tell you is that they accomplish this by putting your thighs in a death grip.   I bought these as a Christmas gift for my grandfather. He had wanted flannel boxers and when I typed that in the search area, these were one of the ones that popped up. I thought this was a good deal so I purchased them. Well when they arrived and I took them out of the box, they looked like flannel but when I rubbed them together, however, I noticed that they were not. I thought about shipping them back but around Christmas time, I don't think thats such a good idea.
