  The BEST

  Radiation treatments and long commutes for even more specialized medical care have left me in great need of a product that allows me to keep my dignity. This style of Depend underwear does it for me. The material from which they're constructed almost seems like fabric. The elasticity of the waist and leg openings is excellent, which prevents leakage so long as you don't wait too long before changing to a clean pair. I don't have any desire to humiliate myself, so I never push it and it seems to me that no one other than my closest family members knows that I even have a need for pads or, I hate the word, adult diapers. I did have some difficulty getting the right fit. I prefer the L/XL even though my weight falls at the high end of the S/M and at the low end of the L/XL. You may have a different experience, but I have something of a low center of gravity and these work for me.   Best Depend Underwear That's Made

  If you have wear adult diapers then these are the ones to get. They fit like ordinary underwear, have a excellent seal around ones thighs and they can hold a tremendous amount of urine before any leakage.They aren't lying when they say maximum absorbency. You can go twice wtih no leakage before you should change. They come in two colors also, grey and light blue if that is important to you. But the sigificant aspect of them is their absorbancy.   I love these boxer briefs because they are very comfortable, relatively durable, and they don't ride up your leg. These boxers also keep their shape after several washings. The reason they stay put and are durable is due to the fact that they consist of about 50% polyester (& 50% cotton). One can verify this by examining the embossed label on the boxers themselves which indicates a blend of 50% Polyester and 50% cotton. Unfortunately, the paper packaging of these boxers is misleading as to the fiber content.   Decent, but a few shortcomings

  They fit well, but they're a weird material. Unlike other cotton underwear, I'm actually cognizant that I'm wearing these. The bottoms loosened after 2 washes and roll up a bit. I'm also annoyed because the logo is hard to see (black on blue), so you can't just quickly open them and see what's the front/back like I normally do with my other pairs. Prevail doesn't. I save my plastic grocery sacks to dispose of the used ones in. This is an embarrassing review to write, but I hope it will help somebody else. BTW, if you have this problem, try cutting out all wheat, rye, and barley products, and READ LABELS because there is wheat in a lot of places you don't expect, including soup and beer (which I haven't used for 35 years anyway). You might find that you're gluten-intolerant.   Not White & No Tag in Back

  My 91 year old father has Alzheimers. He can only successfully use the white depends which have a tag in the back. We ordered 96 Depends with the advertisement of white depends. Gray Depends do not have a tag in the back. I am very disappointed to receive all gray depends with no tag. This is not what we ordered or wanted.   Pretty Good- Buy This

  These briefs are very good for the price. Amazingly discreet. They do tend to bunch and sag when wet. They also smell a little but not a lot. They leak a little down by the croch. Other then that they are great. Sometimes if you have to, like really go, they tend to overflow their capacity. It can be embaressing and hard when you need to find a place to change fast. But great product overall. Absorbancy is good for normal amounts of urination not for large amounts of urine. This brief can survive at least two urinations, maybe three. I would say go for the NASA wellness briefs.   I have been buying this item for a long time now, and the usual product was white with an "underwear like" design. They always did a fair job of keeping things contained, and I would consider them to be discreet. The only complaint I had was in regards to smell; I could always smell when they were a bit dirty. It wasn't bad, but I figure if I could smell it so could others.The latest ones I received were different than the ones I received in the past. The new ones are gray in color, but still have the same "underwear like" design as before, but are thinner and look better. There have been some improvements made in the odor control area as well. I have not noticed any real smell with the new design. I would also say these work better at keeping you dry even compared to the previous design.Bottom line: Very good product, and at a reasonable price.   Our special needs grandson is 15 and is unable to be potty-trained so far.   Recently diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis; difficult to get up, down, and all the related maladies that go along with this disease - forget about hurrying to get to the restroom - can't do it. Expensive to purchase product by the single pack at the stores; can't always get there either and can't always find the size I need. Having this wonderful product delivered to my home is a Godsend! I like the flexibility of being able to tear the sides for easier wearability. On good days, I can use them as pullups; on bad days, I can tear them apart and use them that way. Particularly strong; no leakage; no odors; when torn apart they are flexibly adjustable, which helps, as my weight seems to fluctuate with the RA. Once on, they don't make a crinkling paper-like sound which is absolutely wonderful! Only my very closest family members and friends know I'm wearing them.   Defects abound!

  I purchased these for my elderly father as part of a subscribe-and-save promotion that made them remarkably inexpensive (compared to the prices I was seeing at a local store) and was pretty pleased with them UNTIL the second delivery, whereupon almost 10 of the briefs came with legs glued to each other in such a way that unsticking them meant ruining the garment. What a waste!Still--these are good ones to use EXCEPT at night, when you might want to get yourself or your loved one these:Depend Fitted Maximum Protection Briefs (Formerly Overnite) Size Small/Medium Pk/20 .Those Maximum Protection briefs really do the trick. My father can go all night without a single leak, and it makes it far, far easier to do linens and the like the next morning when he uses those.
